I am based in Basel, Switzerland, and used to work as an executive in the travel industry. I have travelled quite extensively, mostly in the Far East. My mother tongue is Swiss German, my English fluent if you do not mind the occasional British accent... I did about two thirds of my NLP training in English. Since 1994, I have been working for myself as an independent coach, trainer, and entrepreneur. I have far-ranging interests and, in addition to my "regular" work as a coach, I have coached and trained people in mental training, stress management, relaxation techniques, self-hypnosis, time management, didactics and methodology, meditation, and much more. I work as a coach in order to help people become who they truly are. My main training is in NLP, which I have found to be one of the most effective tools in providing efficient, intelligent, and useful help in achieving goals on any level and in any area of life. The detection and changing of disruptive behaviour patterns and obsolete beliefs, healing of fears and phobias and establishing new and joyful ways of living are just some of the many things for which we can use NLP techniques.
